Started shipping out doll orders this week. More than halfway thru orders now! More dolls will be shipped next week.

UPDATE: 7/5/10

Hoping to start getting all finished dolls shipped this week and next. As I has said before, I lost all shipping money, so I am now working on replacing it by selling some of my repaints on ebay. I haven't be able to answer emails the past few weeks. I also am summer homeschooling my son, which has taken up alot of time. Due to his new added diagnoses, this has to be done. Summer Camp Programs do not work for my son. So when you see dolls going on ebay this week, please don't get upset, I still have to try to maintain an income and fix the shipping issues. As I am ready to ship dolls, I will contact you to get final instructions for shipping, pics of dolls, ect.......

Each doll I repaint has 20 to 50 layers of very very thin watery paint, and it's all dried by a hairdryer for each layer! This is a process, plus perming hair, ect...... I did take on way too much work, but never expected my computer problems and business going down for 2-3 months. and to date my  business still is not functioning 100 percent, more like 60% up and running. But dolls guarenteed to be done, all of them.

You all are great customers, and I thank you all for your patience! Just hang in there a little longer!!

It's Monday, May the 10th. I am finally back to work. I will be on a limited schedule due to personal issues. I will be emailing a group letter explaining more in detail this week. I will be putting on dolls for sale on ebay and my site. And will continue selling dolls weekly along with getting all my back orders done. I will have all back orders done by mid-summer. Thank you for your patience during this time of personal and financial issues. UPDATED: 5/4/10

Due to personal, and financial reasons, I had to take a few weeks off work to deal with these issues. I have not forgotten about all my orders that are way past due. I am not answering emails only because I took off time and haven't even been near a computer until now. This was an emergency situation, and I will be back to work next week and addressing your emails in a group letter and indiviual letters. But all your dolls will be done and shipped, and will address this with you all.

IMPORTANT UPDATE :

Due to my business being down for 2 months, I have run into severe finanacial problems. So, in light of this, I had to put all orders on hold for 1 week and get some dolls repainted and on ebay for sale. So please don't panic that I forgot about your dolls, ect...I have to do this so I can try to get caught up on all my back bills due. My electric is due to be turned off this week, so I hope to be able to sell some dolls to stop this from happening. Please stop back and I will be updating on situation. Thank you for your patience.

Final Update:
I am now running about 90% now. Still have a few minor glitches left to fix, one is re-grouping all my emails, my business emails, ect.
I am extremely behind in my orders that were due by Xmas 2009, but should be caught up in 2 weeks. Thank you all for your patience. I have not been able to get to emails thru ebay yet, but please hang in there, I will get to you in the next week or so. All dolls that were sent out to me, have been delivered, if any of you are worried I didn't get them, I did. but I promise to verify in the coming week or so.
Dolls scheduled for Jan thru March should be on time for the most part, but will be ready at end of March.
Dolls scheduled from March thru May will be on time. But I haven't emailed anyone yet, so please hang in there, I will get to your emails shortly.
Rebuilding my business with my computer windows 7 system has been a nightmare, having to re-learn all new programs, buying new programs was quite expensive! It set me back both in my business and financially. It shut my business down for almost 2 months.
Plus the 2 winter storms that hit early Feb didnt help!
I also do not have a car, so I just figured out how to ship from home, so I did start shipping out Sat 20, 2010. This will be a great help, because where I live- in the country, not many rides are available to me. Definitely a hardship. So, shipping from home is wonderful!
Again, please hang in there alittle longer..........and if I do not respond to your emails does not mean I am ignoring you, or ripping you off, I have many many orders I just have been able to start answering, I will get to yours.

SPECIAL UPDATE: WEATHER

I LIVE IN PA, AND WE GOT HIT WITH A MASSIVE SNOW STORM FRIDAY. WE GOT ABOUT 2 FT OF SNOW. WE ARE IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY FOR PA AND ALSO MY COUNTY. ANOTHER SNOW STORM IS TO HIT OUR AREA TUESDAY THRU THURS, SO THIS WILL BE A 3 DAY EVENT. I AM PERPARING FOR THE SECOND HIT HERE. I DO NOT HAVE A CAR, SO I HAVE TO RELY ON OTHERS TO GET ME TO THE STORE. 

I DID GET SET UP TO BE ABLE TO SHIP FROM HOME. I DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE AND GOT A SCALE. I AM STILL GOING OVER INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO SHIP. I DON'T WANT TO GET IT WRONG, THEN YOU WON'T GET YOUR DOLLS. SO I WANT TO BE 100% SURE WHAT I AM DOING HERE. BUT AFTER MY BUSINESS BEING DOWN FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY DUE TO COMPUTER SYSTEM, AND NOW THE SNOW STORMS HITTING US, I UNFORTUNATELY AM VERY BEHIND IN WORK. PLEASE BE PATIENCE, YOU ALL WILL GET YOUR DOLLS, JUST GIVE ME A FEW MORE WEEKS. AND HOPEFULLY THE WINTER STORMS WILL STOP SO WE ALL CAN GET DUG OUT!
